Thanks for posting this, the Allodial Title Pdf is LOADED with info and Case law. I have not finished reading it yet, but this info is PRICELESS.
Anyone fighting foreclosure needs to understand Title and this information was the missing piece for me, explaining Title issues the way they are suppose to be(according to our founding fathers). Not like the current system which is "color of laW" Warranty Deeds. FEE SIMPLE=fEUDAL.
MY WARRANTY DEED SAYS "FEE SIMPLE" that is the scam they are pulling on us when we purchase our homes.

Don't stop there, whoever wrote this response about Fee Simple didn't pay attention to 'whom' it was in fee simple. It matters if he gave it to someone in Fee Simple or if he obtained it in Fee Simple.
Fee simple (in Black's Law 5th Edition page 554) there are four types
Absolute
Conditional
Defeasible
Determinable
Not an easy set of words to define unless you know what was done in the contract.
I chose not to enter the definitions because everyone should own a legal dictionary and if they don't by choice, then that is the experience they chose to have...the ignorance of the legality of contracts they are entering of their free will.
