LOS ANGELES (AP) -- With California gripped by a measles outbreak, Dr. Charles Goodman posted a clear notice in his waiting room and on Facebook: His practice will no longer see children whose parents won't get them vaccinated.

"Parents who choose not to give measles shots, they're not just putting their kids at risk, but they're also putting other kids at risk - especially kids in my waiting room," the Los Angeles pediatrician said.
It's a sentiment echoed by a small number of doctors who in recent years have "fired" patients who continue to believe debunked research linking vaccines to autism. They hope the strategy will lead parents to change their minds; if that fails, they hope it will at least reduce the risk to other children in the office.
The tough-love approach - which comes amid the nation's second-biggest measles outbreak in at least 15 years, with at least 98 cases reported since last month - raises questions about doctors' ethical responsibilities. Most of the measles cases have been traced directly or indirectly to Disneyland in Southern California.
The American Academy of Pediatrics says doctors should bring up the importance of vaccinations during visits but should respect a parent's wishes unless there's a significant risk to the child.
"In general, pediatricians should avoid discharging patients from their practices solely because a parent refuses to immunize his or her child," according to guidelines issued by the group.
However, if the relationship between patient and doctor becomes unworkable, the pediatrics academy says, the doctor may want to encourage the vaccine refuser to go to another physician.
Some mothers who have been dropped by their doctors feel "betrayed and upset," said Dotty Hagmier, founder of the support group Moms in Charge. She said these parents made up their minds about vaccines after "careful research and diligence to understand the risks versus the benefits for their own children's circumstances."
Dropping patients who refuse vaccines has become a hot topic of discussion on SERMO, an online doctor hangout. Some doctors are adamant about not accepting patients who don't believe in vaccinations, with some saying they don't want to be responsible for someone's death from an illness that was preventable.
Others warn that refusing treatment to such people will just send them into the arms of quacks.
The measles-mumps-rubella vaccine, or MMR, is 97 percent effective at preventing measles, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Measles spreads easily through the air and in enclosed spaces. Symptoms include fever, runny nose, cough and a rash all over the body. In rare cases, particularly among babies, measles can be deadly. Infection can also cause pregnant women to miscarry or give birth prematurely.
All states require children to get certain vaccinations to enroll in school. California is among 20 states that let parents opt out by obtaining personal belief waivers. Some people worry that vaccines cause developmental problems, despite scientific evidence disproving any link. Others object for religious or philosophical reasons.
Nationally, childhood measles vaccination rates have held steady for years at above 90 percent. But there seem to be growing pockets of unvaccinated people in scattered communities, said Dr. Gregory Wallace of the CDC.
In recent years, nearly all U.S. measles cases have been linked to travelers who caught the virus abroad and spread it in this country among unvaccinated people.
Northern California's Marin County has a high rate of people claiming personal belief exemptions. In 2012, Dr. Nelson Branco and his partners at a Marin County practice started turning away toddlers whose parents refused to make sure they received the measles vaccine.
Branco said 10 to 20 of his practice's 8,000 or so patients left after the change.
Vaccines "can be spooky for parents," Branco said. But "in the end, we have the science. We have the experience that it's the right thing to do."

While doctors are "firing" their patients are they willing to take responsibility for what is actually contained in those vaccines when they administer them. All doctors should be held as responsible as the vaccine makers when a child dies or has autism. Vaccines do not work and as far as I am concerned are nothing more than population control of the masses. Shame on you doctors, you should be more aware of what you are prescribing and not the kickbacks you receive!

If you doctors are so smart explain why the Amish, who do not vaccinate their children have not had one case of autism showing up!!!

If you want to know about the shots you're giving your children, this doctor is on top of it. Maybe Dr. Branco needs to read some of her work too, it might open his eyes to the problems!

Parents have been trained to believe they must participate in this corrupt medical system that does more harm than good. You don't need these quacks. Parents, you can care for your children without them. Be like the Amish. Get some confidence. Learn what good nutrition is and start practicing it. Learn about alternate and herbal healing. Keep yourself and your children safe and healthy on your own.

Looked at from another angle : If you wanted to insert something(s) into every ' citizen,' how would you do it ? Most don't like needles anyway, hence the endless fear porn over Ebola or measles or ( fill in the latest ' pandemic '). Putting it in the air or water is much more uncertain & subject to many degrading factors, for instance Chemtrails. It must cost billions per day to spray this stuff ( since 1959, lately 90 million tons per day ). Granted the ' formula ' has changed, but if spraying was so effective, why does it go on day after day ? Unless the intent is to destroy the Earth itself, spraying, so far as killing humans, isn't working. Enter vaccinations, a guaranteed way to put an exact dose, under controlled conditions into anyone fucking stupid enough to allow it. I knew Ebola was fake fear porn the first time I heard it. Ebola is specific to certain climates, conditions & locations. IF IT WAS SO GODDAMN DEADLY MANKIND WOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY DESTROYED EONS AGO. It's not, though those catching it suffer immensely. Billy boy " the thief " Gates & George Soros, advocates of vaccines and depopulation, should be put on a spit & slowly roasted over piles of burning syringes. TYJM frj

The doctors only know what they have been taught. Some of the scientists have been paid off to lie about the results of their research also. The MMR (Measles Mumps Rubella) vaccine has hcg put into it. Hcg is human chorionic gonadtropin and is only present in the bodies of pregnant women. Why is this being put into this vaccine? What happens when hcg is put into the vaccine and is injected into the body is that the body builds up an immunity to hcg. What this means is that your body will fight off the hcg - human chorionic gonadtropin which will then make it impossible for your body to get pregnant so you can have a baby. What they are doing is sterilizing your children so they will never have a baby. They are doing this through the food such as GMO corn by inserting spermicides into the gene of the corn. (don't feed your kids cornflakes, hfcs, corn chips, sodas with hfcs, cornstarch, corn on the cob(gmo), etc) You can use a little bit of nano silver and put a small bit (like 1/2 tsp. into the child's juice, etc. once a week and the silver particles will disable the oxygen metabolism of any bacteria or viruses in the body, or that may even be present in the food, and that will keep (the bacteria/viruses) from being able to replicate in the body, which will keep your child from getting ill. You have to be smart too if you are not vaccinating your child, you need to give them natural vitamins (not chemicals) (you can crush them and add them to their orange juice, smoothie, etc.) You should definitely seek out homeopathic and naturopathic doctors who have been trained in the true healing arts how to keep free of diseases in the body by giving it the right nutrients so it will heal itself. Mainstream doctors have been trained by the pharmaceutical companies to treat symptoms and dole out expensive chemical drugs, never treating the root cause of the problem. The doctor schools don't even train the doctors in nutrition, except maybe a few hours during their 7 years of schooling. You have to go to resources such as Adelle Davis, Jethro Kloss, even Dr. Oz is pretty smart and there are many more good nutritionists whose books you can buy. You have to remember one thing though....now you have to factor in GMO polluted food and definitely avoid them.
